Rule #1:
All credit cards belonging to polite, patient, courteous, respectful ticket purchasers will be approved.
Credit cards belonging to irritated, crabby, impatient, disrespectful, egotistical ticket purchasers have a 50% chance of being declined, so that you can have pleasure of calling them again the next day to deliver the bad news and have another "lovely" conversation with them.
