Haiku!

Last semester, anatomy was pretty much our toughest class, and it was the anatomy exams that caused the most stress. The profs knew this, so they tried to lighten things up for us on exam days. We'd meet half an hour or an hour before the exam started to do something fun and help us relax. Before one exam, the course coordinator had us write anatomy-related haiku, then she put together a powerpoint presentation so we could all read each other's.

Anyway, I was just reminiscing about the haiku this morning... here are the ones I submitted:

No more 3 hour tests!
Can we please be graded on
Our haiku instead?

Zygomatic arch
Get a saw and hack it off
Isn't gross lab fun?

Embryology:
Smith* thinks it is important.
We do the crossword.

Oculamotor...
Can't remember how to spell
Occulomotor...

Oh, cheiloschisis
Another fusion failure
Don't call it harelip

Smith* gave us "the look"
Better put a star by that -
On the next exam

*Smith = fake name for anatomy professor. :-)
